Transformers BumbleBee


Bumblebee, a member of the Autobots Transformers film trilogy. A Chevrolet Camaro was used in the Michael Bay special of Transformers. In the movie, bumblebee stands at 17.5 feet tall.


The Camaro is manufactured by General Motors (GM). There are 5 variants, the LS, 1LT, 2LT, 1SS and 2SS. What  differentiates the LS, LT and SS are the engine specifications. The LS and LT comes equipped with 3.6L V6 which produces 312 bhp at 6,400 rpm with a torque of 273 lbf-ft at 5,200 rpm. However the SS variant comes standard with a 6.2L powerplant V8 that generates 426 bhp at 5,900 rpm and a torque of 420 lbf-ft at 4,200 rpm.


GM Camaro features a fully independent four-wheel suspension system with variable-rate power steering, Brembo 4 piston (pot)  calipers on the SS, electronic stability and traction system and launch control for the SS.


The SS comes with High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps with halo rings (similar to the cat eye) and a rear spoiler.
